Claytonia, also known as Winter Purslane and Miner’s Lettuce is a great winter salad. It is quick growing and forms rosettes of thick oval leaves. Can be cut several time during the winter and is very hardy.

Sow August to September outside or October under cover. Seeds are very small. Sow thinly  in row 15cm apart.
