Sow seeds from February in seed trays and place in light at a temperature of 18°C. Sow in situ from mid April and thin to 30x30cm.

Transplant seedlings into modules or pots and plant into cold frame greenhouse or outdoors a few weeks later. Lettuce requires a fertile moist soil. Planting distance 30x30cm
