Perennial. Red Veined sorrel, Red Stripe, produces tasty leaves and can make a healthy addition to your salads.  Also suitable for baby-leaf production.

Sowing instructions

Sow in spring. For baby-leaf production sow in row 20 cm apart and 2 cm between plants. To cultivate as a perennial the spacing between plants should be increased to 20 x 20 cm. 

Growing instructions

Cut leaves at just above soil level this encourages new leaves to form.

It will grow on all types of soil and prefers a light shady spot. Keep well watered.
