Foeniculum vulgare
Florence Fennel 'Finale' is known for its resistant to bolting.
It produces firm, flattened bulbs with a sweet aniseed flavor and can be grown from spring until early summer. The bulbs are good for cooking, and the fronds can be used as a garnish or in salads.
Sowing instructions
Sow under glass from February and plant out in tunnel or under fleece. For autumn harvest sow in situ from mid June until mid July.
